Many companies and organisations request their own in-house Bridges of Hope programme. These often involve setting up one or a series of Training of Trainers workshops, normally each lasting between 3 and 5 days with between 10 and 30 participants per workshop, to train staff Peer Educators, 'Champions', Trainers, and/or Peer Counsellors to make effective use of Bridges of Hope activities and techniques.
Optionally, the Bridges of Hope package can be adapted, tailored and branded for your organisation, so it addresses the specific needs, issues and context of those you want to target. (For example, Bridges of Hope was specially adapted and tailored for Standard Chartered Bank's global Living with HIV programme which won both Workplace and Community Investment Awards for Business Excellence from the Global Business Coalition on HIV/AIDS, Tuburculosis and Malaria.)

For participants to become certified Bridges of Hope Users, they should complete a 3-day (minimum) recognised Bridges of Hope Training of Trainers workshop, and therafter demonstrate their commitment and competence in applying what they have learnt. |
